Outstanding in the Field

Whistler’s Bearfoot Bistro catered an Outstanding the Field event at Pemberton’s North Arm Farm this past Saturday. According to Outstanding the Field director Leah Scafe, the dinners, which are held on a roving basis across North America on farms and urban gardens, are about bringing diners closer to where their food is produced.
