Well, it’s been a whirlwind of nuttiness in and around Whistler for the last couple weeks – fresh pow and happy people abound! One last blast before we kick off 2012 is the Whistler Presents: New Year’s Eve Celebration. This alcohol free party is always a big hit with families … Crafts, live entertainment, Much Music dance party, outdoor skating and countdowns at 9:30pm and midnight! Free transit as well from 6pm to 4am. Check out the full schedule here!

If you missed our local Vibe Tribe Dance Team last week, you’ve got one more chance on the 31st. Back by popular demand, they will perform ‘A Wacky Winter Tale‘ at the Conference Centre at 7pm.

January First will be the last day of The Whistler Holiday Experience, so make sure to get on over to the Conference Centre for one more bounce or game of Fooseball with the kids.

Heads up if you’ve got some girl shredders on your hands.. Roxy Junior All Star Snow Camps is having a two-day camp January 14&15 for kids aged 13-18. For skiers and snowboarder of all abilities.

That’s it for this year folks. See you in 2012! For a full calendar of events as well as a directory of Whistler family activities and resources, visit www.whistler4kids.com. See you out there!
